Community-Based Supports

For adults with developmental disabilities, navigating the outside world can be challenging, but with support from ACARE Home Services, outings become enjoyable opportunities to build interpersonal and life skills. Our Community-Based Supports service assists with daily living tasks like personal care, cooking, cleaning, and grocery shopping, all aimed at fostering independence and enhancing quality of life both at home and in the community.

Community Inclusion

We encourage active participation in social, recreational, and educational activities through our Community Inclusion service. Our goal is to help individuals connect with their community, build relationships, and enjoy meaningful experiences.

Individual Supports

Our Individual Supports service offers one-on-one assistance tailored to each person’s needs, promoting self-reliance and life skills development. We empower individuals to manage day-to-day tasks and achieve their personal goals.

Respite Care

Our Respite Care service offers temporary relief for primary caregivers, ensuring their loved ones receive continuous care. This service allows caregivers to rest and recharge, knowing that their family member is in good hands.

Natural Supports Training

We provide training and education for family members and caregivers through our Natural Supports Training service. This service ensures that caregivers have the tools and knowledge they need to effectively support their loved ones.
